About

Join us for the Loughborough Running Performance Weekend on Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd August 2026!
Take your training to the next level at the Loughborough Running Performance Weekend, a two-day experience built to help you run stronger, move better, and train with greater confidence. Held at one of the UK’s leading performance environments, this weekend combines expert coaching, practical sessions, and performance testing to give runners valuable tools they can carry straight into training and race day.
Day 1 focuses on running technique, with a workshop designed to help you build a stronger and more resilient running body while reducing the risk of injury. Through structured drills and expert guidance, you will learn new movement skills, improve your cadence, and develop more efficient running form.
Day 2 centres on endurance physiology, giving you the opportunity to take part in a sub-maximal track session to measure lactate levels during training. You will receive a detailed physiology report identifying your training zones and lactate thresholds, helping you better understand your effort levels and apply those insights to your own home training and racing goals.
