On A Plod is a 5-hour, backyard-style running event that feels more like a moving party than a traditional race.

Live tracking, rolling leaderboards, DJs, unreal brands and unlimited beers - all built around a fast, flat 3km loop along the river and through Salford Quays*.*

Every lap starts and finishes at our race hub at Steel Foundry, so you’re never far from your mates, the music or the atmosphere. Run one loop or keep stacking them for the full 5 hours - you choose your finish line.

Backed by Jubel, Tenzing, Enertor, Ovrload, Wintergreen, Windup & The Livewell Clinic, you’ll be fuelled, refreshed and looked after all day - whether you’re chasing laps or cheering from the sidelines.
